Swivvia is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users. We do not tolerate abusive behavior in any form.

What constitutes abuse

Harassment

• Repeated unwanted contact

• Targeted insults or personal attacks

• Coordinated harassment campaigns

• Doxxing (sharing private information)

Hate speech

• Attacks based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics

• Dehumanizing language

• Hateful symbols or imagery

Threats

• Threats of violence

• Intimidation

• Encouraging self-harm

• Swatting threats

Sexual harassment

• Unsolicited sexual content

• Non-consensual intimate images

• Sexual comments or advances after being told to stop

Consequences

Depending on severity, violations may result in:

1. Warning — First-time minor violations

2. Temporary restriction — Limited account features for 24-72 hours

3. Temporary suspension — Account locked for 7-30 days

4. Permanent ban — Account permanently removed
