Account Recovery

Last updated

If you're having trouble signing in to your Swivvia account, you may be able to recover it using our account recovery process.

First, try account recovery

You may be able to recover your account by visiting:

https://swivvia.com/account/recover

Enter the email address, phone number, or username associated with your Swivvia account and follow the instructions provided.

If you believe someone accessed your account or changed your login information, select the option indicating that your account may have been compromised.

If you no longer have access to your email or phone

If you can't access the email address or phone number connected to your Swivvia account, try these steps:

* Try another email address or phone number that may be connected to your account.

* Double-check that your email address, phone number, or username is entered correctly.

* If you're entering a phone number, include your country code when required. For example, +1 for the United States.

* Check whether you still have access to the email account associated with Swivvia. If you cannot access that email account, contact your email provider for assistance.

If you regain access to your account, reset your password immediately:

Find your account on a familiar device

Account recovery may be easier from a phone, tablet, or computer that you've previously used to sign in to Swivvia.

1. Open Swivvia on a device you've previously used to access your account:

https://swivvia.com/

2. Select Forgot password? or Recover account on the sign-in screen.

3. Enter your Swivvia username, email address, or phone number.

4. Follow the instructions shown on screen.

If Swivvia finds your account, review the available recovery options and select the one you can currently access.

If you can't access any recovery method

If you no longer have access to the email address or phone number associated with your account, select I can't access these or the recovery option provided on screen.

You may be asked to provide additional information to help us verify that you own the account.

For security reasons, Swivvia may require additional verification before restoring access to an account. The information requested may vary depending on the circumstances of the recovery request.

Never send your password, PIN, authentication codes, or recovery codes to another person. Swivvia Support will never ask you to provide your password.

Important security information

Swivvia may require you to verify ownership of an account before restoring access. This helps protect accounts from unauthorized recovery attempts.

We cannot guarantee that an account can be recovered if we cannot sufficiently verify account ownership.

For your protection, do not share verification codes, passwords, PINs, or other security credentials with anyone claiming to represent Swivvia outside of our official support channels.
