How to change your password

Keeping your password secure is essential for protecting your Swivvia account. Here's how to update it:

From the web:

1. Go to Settings

- Click your profile picture in the top right

- Select "Settings" from dropdown menu

- Navigate to "Security" tab

2. Update password

- Click "Update Password"

- Enter your current password

- Enter your new password

- Confirm your new password

- Click "Save Changes"

From mobile app:

1. Open settings

- Tap your profile picture

- Tap "Settings"

- Tap "Security"

2. Change password

- Tap "Password"

- Enter current password

- Enter new password twice

- Tap "Save"

Password requirements

Your new password must:

• Be at least 8 characters long

• Include uppercase and lowercase letters

• Contain at least one number

• Include at least one special character (@, #, $, etc.)

• Be different from your last 5 passwords

Creating a strong password

Do:

• Use a unique password for Swivvia

• Include a mix of characters, numbers, and symbols

• Make it memorable but not obvious

• Consider using a password manager

Don't:

• Use personal information (name, birthday, address)

• Use common words or phrases

• Share your password with others

• Use the same password for multiple accounts

If you forgot your current password

1. Go to login page

2. Click "Forgot Password?"

3. Enter your email address

4. Check email for reset link

5. Click the reset link (valid for 1 hour)

6. Enter new password twice

7. Save your changes
