Agreement

By using Swivvia, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old

• You must be a resident of the United States

• You must complete identity verification

• You may only have one personal account

• You're responsible for your account security

• You must provide accurate information

• You must not share your account credentials

• You must notify us of unauthorized access

• You own the content you post

• You grant Swivvia a license to display your content on the platform

• You're responsible for your content's legality

• We may remove content that violates our rules

• We provide the platform "as is"

• We may modify or discontinue features

• We don't guarantee uptime (though we aim for 99.9%)

• Premium features are subject to separate terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually

• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase

• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

• Free tier is available indefinitely

• You can close your account at any time

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our rules

• Termination doesn't affect accrued rights

• Some provisions survive termination

• Swivvia is not liable for user-generated content

• Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months

• We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages
