Our mission

Swivvia exists to create a safe, authentic social space for real people in the United States. These rules ensure everyone can enjoy the platform.

• Use your real identity — no fake accounts

• Complete identity verification when requested

• Don't impersonate other people or organizations

• Treat others as you'd want to be treated

• No harassment, bullying, or intimidation

• No hate speech or discrimination

• Don't share others' private information

• Don't post dangerous or illegal content

• Report safety concerns immediately

• Don't spread misinformation knowingly

• Don't manipulate engagement (fake likes, follows, etc.)

• Don't use bots or automated accounts

• Follow content guidelines for each section

• Use content warnings when appropriate

• Keep adult content in designated areas only

The following content is never allowed:

• Child exploitation or endangerment

• Threats of violence

• Terrorism or violent extremism

• Non-consensual intimate imagery

• Illegal activities

• Spam and scams

Violations are handled based on severity:

• Minor: Warning + content removal

• Moderate: Temporary restriction (24h-30 days)

• Severe: Permanent suspension

• Criminal: Report to law enforcement

You can appeal any enforcement action within 30 days through Settings > Account > Appeals.
