What is a suspended account?
A suspended account means your Swivvia profile has been temporarily or permanently restricted due to a violation of our platform rules.
Why was my account suspended?
Accounts may be suspended for several reasons:
• Violating The Swivvia Rules — This includes harassment, hate speech, threats, or other prohibited behavior
• Spam or fake engagement — Automated posting, fake followers, or engagement manipulation
• Impersonation — Pretending to be someone else without clear indication of parody or fan account
• Safety concerns — Activity that may put users at risk
• Age requirements — Accounts that don't meet our minimum age requirement
Types of suspension
Temporary suspension
• Your account is locked for a set period (usually 24-72 hours)
• You'll receive an email explaining the reason
• After the period ends, you can access your account again
Permanent suspension
• Your account is permanently removed from the platform
• You cannot create a new account with the same email
• This is reserved for serious or repeated violations
How to appeal a suspension
1. Check your email for the suspension notice
2. Click the "Appeal" link in the email
3. Provide your explanation
4. Our team will review within 5-7 business days
Avoiding suspension
